The author Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister is a full professor for business informatics and director at the Institute for Business Informatics at the University of St. Gallen(IWI-HSG). He is also Director at the Scientific Center for Information Technology Design(ITeG) at the University of Kassel.
