Research Interests

My research interests lie in the field of digital training of 21st century skills. Through my research, I want to enable learners to individually improve their 21st century skills with the help of digital technologies. My focus here is on training negotiation skills and supporting the preparation process for upcoming negotiations. In addition to innovative technologies, I also draw on established learning theories to develop individual training.
