Eva-Maria Zahn

My research interests lie in the area of digital training of so-called 21st Century Skills. Through my research, I want to enable learners to individually improve their 21st Century Skills using digital technologies. My focus is on the training of negotiation skills. For the development of the individual training I use innovative technologies as well as established learning theories.
