Examination office

The Examination Office and the Examination Inspection Office will be closed from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026.

During the closure period, please use the outside letterbox at Mönchebergstraße 19 or the postal service to meet submission deadlines (for final theses, the date of the postmark applies).

Due to the eCampus changeover, the automated issuance of graduation documents (transcripts, diplomas, etc.) is currently restricted.
We would be happy to issue you a certificate confirming your successful completion of the study program. Please request this certificate via email if needed.

The fact that course credits are currently not displayed correctly or completely in the credit total is due to technical issues related to the system migration. Please refer to the total of your individual credits. We will correct the modules and the credit total no later than before the certificates are printed; you will not be disadvantaged in any way.
In most cases, the global overflow account still contains incorrect data. As it is not relevant to you, please ignore it.

Exam dates also currently have to be created individually and manually. The first dates are visible; others will follow gradually.

If you are unable to register for exams even though the date is listed, please use our registration form.

For registration for courses (seminars, etc.), please contact the instructors.

We are doing our best every day to manage the situation. Please understand that we are currently unable to provide our services as we would all like and that there may be delays — some of them significant.

Due to the ongoing heavy workload resulting from the eCampus transition described above, we are still forced to offer limited office hours. Please continue to submit your inquiries primarily by email. If necessary, we will contact you by phone. Therefore, please make sure to keep your contact information up to date.

During the semester break:
