Mandelbrot set
This program calculates whether pixels belong to the Mandelbrot set or not. Points in the Mandelbrot set are displayed in black. Points in the surrounding area are colored according to how quickly the sequence diverges.
Operation
A pixel can be clicked with the mouse to zoom into the image at this point. The edge of the Mandelbrot set is the interesting part! The deeper you zoom in, the more beautiful the pictures become. If you have already zoomed in very deeply, it is advisable to set the "Calculation depth" higher so that the iteration is not aborted too early. The colors can be changed to suit your taste. You can save the image in the resolution currently displayed or in optimum resolution. If the optimum resolution is selected, it is recalculated in the background beforehand.
