High quality dried fruits
Energy-optimised drying technology for high-quality fruits, e.g. cherries. The two founders, who studied agricultural engineering in Witzenhausen, are working on a process to optimise fruit drying. To this end, they are developing a sensor-controlled drying system for the production and marketing of high-quality dried fruit. The two agricultural engineers received the EXIST Grüder scholarship from May 2007 to April 2008. (Dried cherries)
