Teaching at the Department of Organic Farming & Cropping

Teaching includes organic crop production, soil fertility and nutrient cycles, land use systems and questions related to the conversion from conventional to organic farming. Affiliated is teaching for organic vegetable cultivation and for biodynamic farming.

Courses are offered as lectures, seminars, tutorials, practicals, excursions and projects as part of the different bachelor and master programmes.
