Introduction for new students

The coming summer semester will take place entirely in presence.

First semester students: Welcome to the Department of Ecological Agricultural Sciences! Please be sure to activate your University of Kassel account as soon as you have received your enrollment documents: http://www.uni-kassel.de/its-handbuch/identitaetsmanagement/uniaccount/freischaltungaktivierung.html. You will then have access to your webmail, ecampus and Moodle. Please register for the Moodle course "Semestereinführung Bachelor ÖL".

Everyone: please check your Unimail address regularly. We and the university management will only send you important information via this address! Registration for all compulsory modules of the foundation course will take place via Moodle from April. The courses do not have an extra access password.

Registration for compulsory elective and elective modules usually takes place via ecampus from April 1 to 10 or April 1-15. The content requirements in the module descriptions apply, i.e. not all compulsory elective modules are suitable and can be studied for lower semesters.

If you would like to have lunch in the canteen on April 15, please validate your Campus Card in advance and top up some money. There are vending machines in the entrance area of the Steinstraße monastery building.

1st and 2nd semester:

First semester: Introduction starting Monday 15.4. at 9.00 a.m. in the main auditorium, Nordbahnhofstraße.(schedule)

First and second semester: Introduction to studies Monday 15.4. at 11.45 in the main auditorium, Nordbahnhofstraße.

Courses start on Tuesday 16.4. with an excursion to the Frankenhausen teaching and experimental farm (see schedule).

3rd-6th semester:

Introduction Monday 15.4. , 8.15-10.00 a.m. in the small auditorium, Nordbahnhofstraße. Courses start at 10.15.

Project exchange, Friday, 19.4., 8.15-10.00 a.m. in the Kleine Aula, Nordbahnhofstraße.

Introductions start Monday 15.4.  9.00 a.m. in the main auditorium, Nordbahnhofstraße.  (schedule)
