The aim of this project, which is being carried out jointly with the Department of Solid Construction and industrial partners, is the development of multifunctional mineral wall elements made of UHPC-foamed concrete hybrids for modular prefabricated construction for use in urban housing. The development of the wall system described is the consistent exploitation of the performance potential of the high-performance materials UHPC and mineral CLM foam. The compressive strength and structural density of UHPC are exploited to the maximum. Filigree UHPC shells meet the multifunctional requirements of load transfer, mechanical protection of thermal insulation and penetration resistance to liquid and gaseous media. At the same time, the thermal insulation properties of the mineral foam are fully utilized, in that the desired increase in the strength of the foam at reduced density ensures the thermal insulation function.
