Maria Mavlikeeva is research associate in the graduate programme “Changing dynamics of elite production? (ELBHA)” at INCHER and she is junior researcher at INCHER and at the Chair Economic Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University of Kassel.

Before joining the ELBHA programme she has completed her Master in English and American Culture as well as Business Studies at the University of Kassel. In her master thesis and also as part of her PhD research Maria carries out field experiments in the labour markets of different countries in order to examine the opportunities for particular groups of applicants.
