Female careers: Support infrastructure and more

The Career Service and the Graduate Academy of the University of Kassel offer great advice and services for both doctoral candidates and post docs. In addition, Mentoring Hessen is a unique program for further inspiration and advice. Interesting research findings on the careers of doctoral students can also be found in the National Report on Young Researchers.

What we do:

- we accompany recruitment processes at INCHER
- we serve as contact persons if required
- we spread information - connect people - encourage exchange.

During the semester, we offer a monthly virtual meeting with input targeted on work and career-related topics at the beginning, followed by a thoughtful and inspiring discussion. We have set up a "safe space" for all female and non-binary people at INCHER who work in administration or research.
