The publication by Barbara Kehm, Bettina Alesi and Ahmed Tubail is based on a study analysing the implementation of Bologna reform goals in physics study programmes European universities at the doctoral level. The analysis comprised an online questionnaire and an analysis of curricula on the basis of printed or electronic material supplied by programme coordinators at 129 universities in 24 Bologna signatory countries.
The project was carried out by INCHER-Kassel, coordinated by the European Physics Society and financed by the European Commission, DG Education and Culture. 24 EPS Member Societies participated in the project.
