The ProAcademia program of Mentoring Hessen supports advanced doctoral candidates and early postdocs in strategically planning their academic careers.
It combines one-to-one mentoring with experienced professors, workshops on career development, publication strategies and leadership, and interdisciplinary networking opportunities across Hessen.

The session will provide detailed information about the program structure, application process and requirements. Current mentees will share their experiences and answer questions.
