Join meeting

To join a BigBlueButton meeting, all you need is a current web browser and the corresponding invitation link. Follow the steps below to join successfully:

Click on the meeting link you have received or copy it into the address bar of your browser.

After opening the link, a field for entering your name will appear. Enter your full name so that other participants can clearly identify you.

If necessary, check the "Join as guest" box if you do not need to log in.

Then click on "Join".

Confirm approvals

After joining, you should release your microphone and camera to be able to actively participate in the meeting. These steps are already described in more detail in the section Creating a BBB meeting.
