For enrolled students
Once you have enrolled, your CampusCard will be produced automatically. We will inform you of this by e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check whether a picture is stored in eCampus.
Newly issued cards for students require a photo as a security feature. The picture is uploaded to eCampus (login with UniAccount, then go to "My studies" -> "Student services" -> "CampusCard picture"). Cards that have already been issued remain valid even without a picture.
The card is sent to the address stored in eCampus. If the address is abroad, the card will not be sent, but you can collect it from the IT helpdesk.
You can update your address in eCampus (login with UniAccount, then go to "My studies" > "Student services" > "Contact details").
Go directly to eCampus here.
The first card is always free of charge.
Once you have received your CampusCard, you will need to activate it online.
