Forgotten password

You log in to SAP PK1 with your UniAccount - both in the SAP GUI and in the WebGUI.

If you have forgotten your UniAccount password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password" function in Identity Management, provided you have entered a cell phone number.

If this does not work or if you do not have a cell phone number, please contact our IT service desk by telephone. In order to reset your password, an identity check is required. This is done via Zoom. Please have a device with a camera and a document suitable for identification (e.g. ID card) ready. Ideally, Zoom should already be installed on the device.

Questions regarding the content of PK1 will be answered by the Finance Department. Please get in touch with the relevant contact person in this Department directly if you have any technical questions. Information can be found on the website of the Finance department.

The IT Service Center is responsible for technical questions. In this case, please contact the IT service desk.

If you use EVER via the browser and have forgotten your password, please contact the IT service desk by telephone.
