Forgotten password

You log in to SAP PK1 with your UniAccount - both in the SAP GUI and in the WebGUI.

If you have forgotten your UniAccount password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password" function in Identity Management, provided you have entered a cell phone number.

If this does not work or if you do not have a cell phone number, please contact our IT service desk by telephone. In order to reset your password, an identity check is required. This is done via Zoom. Please have a device with a camera and a document suitable for identification (e.g. ID card) ready. Ideally, Zoom should already be installed on the device.

Questions about the content of PK1 will be answered by the relevant contact person depending on the module concerned. Please contact the relevant department directly if you have any technical questions. The relevant contact persons can be found under Contact persons SAP.

The IT Service Center is responsible for technical questions. In this case, please contact the IT service desk.

EVER can be accessed either via the SAP GUI or via SAP Fiori in the web browser. You can log in with your UniAccount.
