Socrates or Erasmus Program

The SOCRATES or ERASMUS program of the Institute of Materials Engineering - Metallic Materials - offers the opportunity to get to know a university in another European country within the framework of a final thesis (Bachelor's or Master's thesis) and to actively participate in a current research project. The projects to be carried out are based on the common focal points of the partner institutes in the field of materials engineering and are partly carried out in close cooperation with industry. For those who want to go really far away, the Institute of Materials Engineering has recently started offering the possibility to do the final thesis at renowned universities in China.
