University Bibliography
As a central publication directory, the university bibliography increases the visibility of the diverse research activities at the University of Kassel. The service was introduced at the University of Kassel in 2022.
In addition, the university bibliography serves to fulfill internal and external reporting obligations and to support internal university processes. The university bibliography includes all publications that have been produced at the University of Kassel since 2015.
These publications are recorded in Converis.
Converis is the research information system of the University of Kassel. Researchers can document their publications, projects and collaborations centrally in Converis. Converis facilitates collaboration and promotes the exchange of information between researchers, administration and decision-makers.
How are publications reported?
- as a quick report in Converis (e.g. by naming ISBN, DOI, URN or uploading a full text). Instructions from the Converis Service Desk
- Publications can also be reported by e-mail to: bibliografie[at]bibliothek.uni-kassel[dot]de
- Publications can be automatically synchronized with ORCID. Instructions from the Converis Service Desk
- Publication lists for five-year reviews are processed by the Academic Controlling team in the Department of Strategic Development and should be reported to: converis-servicedesk[at]uni-kassel[dot]de
The University Library team then completes the publication data.
