German university championships in trampoline gymnastics on November 8, 2025 in Kassel

Around 150 athletes from universities all over Germany are expected to take part. From amateur to competitive athletes, they will be performing acrobatic feats on the trampoline. In addition to the individual and team competitions, the program also includes synchronized competitions and a supporting competition for alumni.

In the competitions, the participants first perform a fixed compulsory routine with various jumps and somersault variations. This is followed by a free routine in the preliminary competition. The best gymnasts qualify for the final, in which a further routine decides the placings.

"We are delighted to be hosting this sporting highlight," says Dr. Tobias Heyer, Head of General University Sports at the University of Kassel. "The DHM offers a great platform to experience sporting performance, fairness and team spirit in university sport - and of course there will be no shortage of fun either."

The competition day begins on Saturday morning at 9:30 am with the preliminary rounds. The finals and award ceremonies will take place in the late afternoon.

Spectators are cordially invited to watch the exciting competitions live - admission is free.
