Dear Students, due to the transition to EXA, the PRIOS registration process has not yet begun. Therefore, there is no need to submit requests for priority access. Please contact the instructor directly and use the access procedure via eCampus or Moodle. For more details, please contact your respective departments.

 

Requirements

Students with special needs have the option to submit a request for accommodation and/or a request for priority access. The contact person for Department 02 in these cases is the academic coordinator, Natalie Dockendorf.

Reasons for submitting an application may include:

  • chronic illness or disability as defined in Section 2(1) of SGB IX (verified by a copy of the attached medical certificate)
  • a child up to 12 years of age requiring care (verified by a copy of the birth certificate)
  • pregnancy with a due date during the semester’s lecture period (verified by a doctor’s confirmation of the pregnancy stating the due date)
  • Care of a close relative (verified by a copy of a document pursuant to §§ 44, 44a SGB XI)

 

Submitting an Application

Applications for compensation for disadvantages or for the preferential enrollment procedure may be submitted to the Student Affairs Office. From there, they will be forwarded to the relevant examination committee. Applications are treated confidentially; members of the examination committee are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
