What we understand by internationalisation

For us, internationalization at the department means the international mobility of students and staff in the context of their studies, research and teaching or administrative work. For us, the visibility, organisation, coordination, counselling and support of the international stays of our faculty members also include the social context of international mobility. We therefore see who, when, how and why can or will (not) complete international stays as a component of university internationalisation.
