Pascal Angerhausen will support Dr. Shweta Mishra in the research project ErfolgInklusiv, where he is responsible for the collection and analysis of qualitative data.

Dr. Frerk Blome has been a research associate in the Department of Higher Education Research at the University of Kassel (Department of Social Sciences) and member of INCHER since September 2022. He thus takes over the position of Dr. Isabel Steinhardt,, who was appointed to a professorship at the University of Paderborn.

Already since May 2022, Dr. Oliver Wieczorek has been strengthening the INCHER team as a senior researcher in the area of governance and organization.
