Changes to library card for University staff

As part of the introduction of a new library management system and the connection of all library users to the University's Identity Management System, special library cards for university staff will no longer be issued from September 1, 2025.
Instead, the CampusCard will be the only card accepted for all library services.

Important dates:

from September 1, 2025:
- CampusCard: Extension of the loan period for university staff to 3 years (with a one-time automatic extension for an additional 3 years)
- Application for special library cards is no more available

December, 17th, 2025: Closure of existing special library card accounts and transfer of all loans, reservations, requests and interlibrary loan credits to the CampusCard accounts (this will be done by the library).
