KONTRAST

Project title:Making learning states and learning processes visible with contrasting videos (KONTRAST) in the context of the quality offensive PRONET and PRONET².
Abstracts:

The KONTRAST project aims to make differences in students' learning states and learning processes visible and to train prospective teachers in perceiving these differences using video cases. Among other things, KONTRAST investigates what effects the use of contrasting video cases has on students' perceptual, judgmental, and analytical skills and on their conceptual knowledge.

The video portal"Unterricht unter der Lupe," to which the project has been linked since its inception, makes video vignettes from lessons in various subjects and grade levels available to all instructors in teacher education in Kassel. The video vignettes created in the project are edited and subtitled and integrated into the portal.
