"Atlas of Multilingualism in Europe"

July 3 - 5, 2017

The conference series "Multilingualism as an Opportunity" illuminates the lived multilingualism of people in multilingual regions and countries from theoretical, didactic and practical perspectives. The conference, which the DaFZ department is organizing in cooperation with the Forum Lesen and the Volkshochschule in Kassel from July 3-5, 2017, will focus on the multilingualism landscape in Europe. The aim is to 'map' this landscape and to create a dynamic "Atlas of Multilingualism".

Venue: VHS Kassel, Wilhelmshöher Allee 19-21, 34117 Kassel, Germany
