Our aim is to transform the economic region of Kassel, which is heavily influenced by the automotive industry, into a sustainable and innovative technology and production location for the mobility industry and beyond with climate-friendly aspirations, thereby securing and expanding regional competitiveness, value creation and employment in the long term and maintaining the region's prosperity. The focus of the "Change Agents" sub-project is on raising awareness among project managers as change agents from companies in the automotive industry in the North Hesse region who initiate or support transformation processes in their organization.
