    Our service

    Our IT team is aimed at all employees (including assistants) of FB01 - Human Sciences. We are your contact persons for advice on the purchase and installation of your new computer, access to the departmental drive and for the following concerns:

    • Network connection of IT devices, network sockets and faults
    • Setting up your computer from the framework agreement and the campus software, data migration when replacing devices, as well as help with device decommissioning
    • Help with setting up central IT services
    • Instruction at the workplace
    • Outlook Exchange user setup
    • Wireless network (WLAN) and external university network access (VPN)
    • IT consulting

    The IT Officer, Maren Zankl, is largely responsible for information security management, including training measures and the IT strategy (in cooperation with the Dean's Office) for Faculties 01 and 05, as well as the organization and coordinator of IT support for both faculties.
