Course content

The module examines how projects can drive the digital transformation of organizations and sheds light on their transformative potential for shaping innovation, transformation and cooperation.

It is divided into four thematic parts: (1) Organizing the implementation of projects - with a focus on structural and process planning, resource planning, controlling and agile project management. (2) Taking responsibility for projects - including corporate and project strategy, self-management and decision-making. (3) Mobilizing people - with topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, stakeholder and network management. (4) Shaping change through projects - on change, project-based innovation, digital transformation and sustainability in project management.
