Grundlegende Untersuchungen zu einfachen und kostengünstigen Be- und Entladesystemen für große Brauch-Warmwasser (BWW)-Speicher

Short description

The main goal of the project is the investigation of concepts for possible cost reduction of auxiliary equipment. More precisely should be investigated: (I) Possibilites to reduce systems costs by using new conceps for interal heat exchangers and thereby reducing the number of auxiliary components. This implies a detailed analysis of possible hydraulic configurations. (II) Possibilities to use alternative materials (e.g. semi-finished products (PEX or PPH)) or concepts from other applications areas, in order to identify potentials to reduce component costs. (III) Dimensioning guidelines for heat exchanger concepts under consideration.
