Crossing the Finish Line Together – University of Kassel at the Corporate Run - Kassel Marathon 2026
With 100 registered employees, the University of Kassel was well represented at this year’s corporate run , held as part of the Kassel Marathon on September 19, 2026. What made it especially wonderful was that runners from all academic departments, various institutions, and the university administration took part —a true community experience that brought people together across departments and institutions.
With great team spirit and wearing running T-shirts designed exclusively for the company run, they set off together on the approximately 4.3-kilometer course through the Buga and Karlsaue. The organization and logistics went off without a hitch—and above all, the fantastic atmosphere along the route and the great vibe at the finish line in the Auestadion made the run a special experience. In the end, everyone crossed the finish line safely and was able to celebrate the successful run together.
