Guided Tour
The Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Office can assist tenure-track professors in finding a suitable mentor.
Managers frequently find themselves in situations that are new to them and pose a particular challenge. The University of Kassel would like to provide individualized support to its managers in academia and administration through the following coaching and consulting services.
JUMP2 is a professional development program specifically tailored to the needs of early-career group leaders, faculty in training, and tenure-track professors. Its goal is to provide researchers with the best possible support during this crucial phase of their academic careers and to help them advance to the next stage of their professional development.
The university wishes to support its mid-level leaders in academic and administrative roles as they carry out these responsibilities and has established a leadership program to further develop leadership and management skills. In addition to subject-matter input, the program focuses on both the development of leadership skills and the exchange of ideas with colleagues from other areas of the university.
