Strategic Personnel and Organizational Development
Personnel and organizational development is an interdisciplinary task at the University of Kassel and is implemented by the Department for Strategic Personnel and Organizational Development. Together with a commitee set up by the Presidential Board, the unit develops personnel development concepts with reference to the development goals of the university. The unit is also available to employees, especially leading persons and professors, on issues of organizational, personnel and team development.
