Most important measures in the event of a safety emergency

  1. One possible situation: dubious messages or images (e.g. skull and crossbones) appear on the screen. If possible: Disconnect the device from the network (LAN cable and WLAN) to prevent the problem from spreading. Do not use your end device until further recommendations for action are given. The less your device is working now, the better the chances of a data recovery.
  2. Please report such an incident or other phenomena (see selection in the form) promptly using the form below. The team is available to advise you in order to prevent damage and support you. Use another computer (e.g. from colleagues) to submit the form.
