The Germany-wide STADTRADELN campaign will take place from September 7 to 27, 2026. The University of Kassel is once again participating—and we warmly invite all students and employees to join in.

The goal of the campaign is to cover as many trips as possible—both personal and work-related—by bike. Every trip you take helps make mobility in our city more sustainable and advances climate protection.
Why participate?

For a better quality of life and better health in the city
Ride your bike as often as possible—whether to campus, to the office, to run errands, or just for fun. Your bike trips are automatically tracked and count toward the team’s total
You can also create sub-teams and compete internally with other groups. To ensure no kilometer is missed, you can use the STADTRADELN app to track your routes via GPS.
Registration is open until the end of the campaign.
