Cycassel is organizing a cycling week in Kassel in April with over 30 projects to spread the joy of cycling.

The opening on April 8 at 7 p.m. in the UNI:Lokal - with Lord Mayor Dr. Sven Schoeller and University President Prof. Dr. Ute Clement - is the prelude to an eventful week that ends on Sunday, April 14.

Background to the event: Cycassel grew out of an interdisciplinary seminar of the Institute of Sport and Sport Science, the Institute of Transportation in the form of the "Cycling and Sustainable Mobility" working group and the core study program ("Didactics of Political Education" & "Education for Sustainable Development") at the University of Kassel.
