Prioritize events
All modules/course groupings are listed that have been assigned to your degree program for the prioritized enrolment procedure.
In this case, courses are only assigned to the ITS.Grp001 group. "1 out of 3" means that you can take 3 courses with priorities, but will be admitted to a maximum of one course in the allocation procedure. Click on the folder symbol in front of the module/grouping name to see all courses.
Concerns lectures in German and Social Sciences: If you want to attend a lecture that is not subject to admission restrictions, please register for it last so that no priority is used up!
All priorities are still available for the first booking. Select the desired priority and click on "Request space".
What do I do if I receive the message "No modules/events available for prioritization"?
What do I do if it is not possible to book courses?
If you see the message "Currently not available", please click on the title of the course. Here you will find a note in the basic data indicating the period in which booking is possible.
If none of this helps: Please send your University of Kassel e-mail address to ttslsf[at]uni-kassel[dot]de
Tell us your matriculation number, module and course.
Allocation of places
After the deadline for the allocation procedure has expired, the allocation of places is started on the next working day.
Not all procedures group the enrolments by subject semester first and sort them in descending order by subject semester. This gives participants from higher semesters an advantage, which should prevent them from exceeding their study time.
You can find out whether this applies to your courses in the comments text on the enrollment period (see basic data for a course).
Within a group, a 16-digit lottery number and the selected priority are decisive. If possible, the admission procedure will assign the highest priority (priority 1 = high). If all places in the desired group are already taken, the groups with lower priority will be allocated.
The time of booking is not relevant for the allocation of places!
Once the allocation of places has been completed, all students who have taken part in the allocation procedure will receive an e-mail to their University of Kassel e-mail address.
