Information literacy

Obtain greater information literacy for your degree course or your profession. Ranging from the introduction to catalogue searches to training courses about subject databases, or reference management systems, we offer a broad range of courses to support you in your academic work.

    Our courses and training sessions will be held partly online and partly in person. You will find the relevant information at the respective date.

    Search strategies in the KARLA catalogue portal, information on digital library services, tips and tricks for digital studying with the library. Registration is sometimes required.

    Courses for seminars

    Would you like to integrate knowledge about using the library and searching for literature as part of your seminar? The University Library will happily put together consecutive courses for you.
    Topics: using AI tools, search in subject databases, reference management with Citavi or Zotero.
