Equality measures within the framework of the female professors program

What is it about?

On the basis of its positively evaluated gender equality concept, the University of Kassel was once again able to register three appointments of female professors for funding in the fourth phase of the federal and state program for female professors.

It will now receive funding from this program until 2030, which will enable it to implement additional equality-related measures in the following areas: Expansion of qualification offers for young female academics, additional dual career and family welcome service offers, support for Faculties in the implementation and evaluation of their gender equality-related measures, further training offers on gender-equitable leadership, expansion of gender equality consulting in research, establishment of further childcare offers in the flexible area and support for STEM subjects in attracting additional female students.
