Annual Employee Interviews

Annual employee interviews are considered at the University of Kassel as the core of good personnel management and good cooperation.

Once per year employees in administration and science should be given the opportunity to discuss the past year of employment and career prospects with their superiors in a private conversation.

The routine of an annual review creates security about mutual expectations.
By providing the social space to discuss goals, perspectives and potential disagreements regularly and calmly, a reliable basis for communication is created, which pays off in many ways throughout the year.
