Introduction of digital document-supported transaction processing
What is it about?
The DMS project will gradually transfer the previous paper-based work processes of all administrative units into an electronic document management system that also enables the storage of digital and digitized documents. The digitization of university administrative processes aims to ensure seamless collaboration between administration, departments and all other university members and creates an environment in which everyday tasks can be processed efficiently.
The DMS project is managed jointly by the Department of Human Resources and Organization and the IT Service Centre.
