Brief description

The qualification programme “Career as a female scientist” is offered annually by the Central Equal Opportunities Officer at Paderborn University and includes three to six different workshops and lectures per year, which are specifically designed for young female scientists. The workshops in the qualification series are held in German or English and cover all qualification levels and interests of young female academics. For example, workshops are offered on career planning, presentation, communication in science and research funding.
