Femtec network

The Career-Building Program prepares STEM-enthusiastic female students specifically for professional practice and exciting challenges in the working world. Over the course of three schools, they learn about current trends in project work alongside their studies together with 50 other technology-enthusiastic female students. Soft skills such as creativity and intrapreneurship or the necessary skills for successful intercultural and virtual collaboration are expanded in a practical way. In an innovation workshop, forward-looking solutions for the challenges of tomorrow are developed in teams and in science.
