Student assistant positions for 1st generation students

The objective of the programme at the University of Cologne is to facilitate access to the academic system for first-generation (non-academic) students who are studying for a Bachelor's degree or are studying for their first (state) examination by connecting them to a professorship/research institution/junior research group at an early stage and to encourage their motivation for an academic career. At the same time, the financing of studies (up to the BAföG maximum limit) is supported by a study-related activity. 1st generation students can apply in tandem with the professor.
