In order to develop gender equality measures, it initially requires analysing the current state. The quantitative data regarding it is available at low thresholds through the University of Kassel's gender equality monitoring - both university-wide and for the individual departments.
The statistics relevant to gender equality include the proportion of women and men at the individual academic qualification levels, among non-academic staff and in management positions. Each summer semester, the department-specific data from the previous year will be available as a PDF file and as an Excel file in the current gender equality monitoring system. In addition, the data can be accessed online in the data portal, differentiated according to qualification levels, departments, teaching units and in time series.
