Vielfalt gestalten - Diversity Audit

By participating in the Stifterverband's "Vielfalt gestalten"(Shaping Diversity) audit, the University of Kassel is actively supported in the development and implementation of a diversity strategy. The audit supports and advises universities and non-university research institutions in designing structures, instruments and measures to include diverse groups of people in everyday university life. It combines elements of organisational development with collegial advice and external support. Moderated reflections and discussions with all participants and potential stakeholder groups (management, students, employees) accompany and promote the process within the university.
