The stationery is dominated by the logo, which is slightly indented in the header. It is given plenty of space to have an effect. The only other element in the header (i.e. above the level of the address field) is the organization name.
Below that, on a footer with the sender information in the address field, is the address as well as personal information of the writer such as editing, mail, telephone and your sign/our sign etc. - if needed.etc.

The letter text is left-aligned with the logo. Outlined in the left margin next to the address field is information such as date and page number.

The footer contains general information such as core time, central telephone number and Internet address.

On the second page, in addition to the letter text, there is only the page number information, the separating design element, and the Internet address information.

In PowerPoint presentations, a distinction is made between the title page and the contents page.

Title page: The logo is at the top left, slightly indented. The design element runs through the middle of the page and visually separates the title and subtitle from the logo.

Contents page: The logo is here at the bottom right in a smaller version. The design element separates the upper area where information such as the title of the presentation, author, date and page number can be listed. A five-column type area is created in the background between the upper area and the logo.

All elements of the business card are left-aligned. The logo is slightly offset to the bottom and retains enough white space to be effective.

The personal text always starts on the footer and thus offers space for different amounts of information towards the top.
The following order applies:

3. blank line
4. address

6. mobile (+49 123 45657)
7. mail
8. Further information if required (e.g. web address)

As an alternative to portrait format, landscape format is also possible. The logo takes up the slightly offset position of the letterhead.
The information is left-aligned with the "Kassel" from the logo. The name and function take up the same size as in the portrait format variant. The other information is set in a smaller font size. Thus, it is possible to accommodate longer information.

Only in exceptional cases and with justification the Indesign templates are provided.
