Brief description

The FIT information service was launched at the University of Kassel in 2003. The abbreviation FIT (in German) stands for "Research, International Affairs and Transfer".

It is a database with a newsletter function in which employees of the University of Kassel and partners from the FIT network access new information on research funding options, event information, calls for proposals and much more on a daily basis.

Members of participating institutions can register at fit.uni-kassel.de and create a profile. With this profile, they can search the database, including the archive, and subscribe to a weekly newsletter with relevant and up-to-date information.
