We are pleased to invite you to our Welcome Session on Friday, April 10th, 2026, from 9:00 to 17:00. The venue will be announced soon; please refer to OpenMoodle for updates.

In the summer semester 2026, the introductory events for your respective degree program will take place between Thursday, 09.04.26, Friday, 10.04.2026 and/or Monday, 13.04.2026. Participation in the introductory events is highly recommended. 

The regular courses begin on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The course period ends on July 17, 2026.

Tuesday after Whitsun (25 May 26) and so-called bridge days (Fridays after Ascension Day 15 May 26 and Corpus Christi 05 June 26) are not free of events.

Economic Behaviour and Governance

The Master's programme emphasizes the research focus of the faculty at the Department of Economics. The overall goal is to provide students with excellent education in economics with a special focus on behavioral economics, empirical methods and their application to issues of economic policy and governance.
