Teaching assignment - procedure up to the conclusion of the contract and remuneration

• The department (department chair) is seeking adjunct instructors. Once this person (or these persons) has (have) been selected, all applications for teaching positions will be collected by the respective department chairs and submitted to the Dean’s Office.
• The following information must be provided to the Dean’s Office:
  Last name, first name
  Address
  Phone number
  Email address
  Course title
  Number of hours
  Compensation
  Information on the highest educational degree

Digital Process:

• The department initiates the application for a teaching position.
• The department head reviews the application and approves it.
• The application is then forwarded to the lecturer.
• If the lecturer holds a secondary position at the university, the respective supervisor is also informed.
• The application is then forwarded to the Human Resources and Organization Department for further processing.
• The application is valid only after written confirmation from the Department of Human Resources and Organization.

• Upon completion of the teaching assignment, the instructor enters the number of hours worked on the “Declaration” form and submits it to the Dean’s Office.
• Once confirmed by the Dean’s Office, the declaration is forwarded to the Human Resources and Organization Department, after which payment is processed. Payment is always made at the end of the month.
