Scientists are often hesitant as to whether coaching could be a beneficial support for their career development. In order to give female doctoral and postdoctoral researchers at Kiel University the opportunity to familiarise themselves with coaching as a method and to get to know several coaches, digital information events were offered in 2021 and 2022. Several coaches introduced themselves in plenary sessions and answered individual questions in breakout rooms afterwards. At the end, interested women had the opportunity to arrange coaching sessions with their desired coach directly via their associations.
