Decision-making processes within the family play an important role in career planning. In the coaching programme, researchers at the University of Cologne and their partner have the opportunity to take a close look at both careers
and discuss different career constellations.
The aim is to develop a career plan that is coordinated with the partner and takes into account the interests, needs and objectives of all sides - including family/children, if applicable.
